    騎士球團在22日發布消息，先發得分後衛「神經刀」J.R. Smith（史密斯）將動手術治療右手拇指斷裂傷勢，預計會缺陣4至6周。

    根據《ESPN》的報導，Smith是在前役與公鹿一戰，防守「希臘怪物」Giannis Antetokounmpo時而不慎受傷，Smith在隨隊返回克里夫蘭後進行X光檢查確認傷勢。一般預計此傷勢需要4至6周的康復時間，不過騎士球團則表示會等Smith手術過後再確定他明確的歸隊時間。

    這是騎士近來折損的第3名球員，中鋒Chris Andersen日前才因膝傷宣告整季報銷，Kevin Love也因膝傷缺陣。對此騎士總教練Tyronn Lue表示球團尚未考慮要透過交易來補強球隊陣容。

    「目前來說我們還沒有考慮過這個想法，畢竟我們現在還是支20勝6敗的球隊。」Lue在驚喜價22日賽前表示：「我昨天才跟總管David Griffin討論過，我告訴他不用著急。」

    「我們會很想念Smith的防守能量、還有他高難度出手命中的射籃，但這並不表示我們會有藉口輸球。」Lue希望有其他球員能頂替Smith：「該是其他球員挺身而出的時候了，我想我的球員已經準備好接受這個挑戰。」

    （中央社記者江明晏台北2日電）NCC解禁「潛規則」，力求頻道公平上下架，中華電信MOD可望與有線電視業者公平競爭，中華電董座鄭優積極招手主流頻道，目標讓連13年虧損的MOD，2年內轉虧為盈。

    為求頻道公平上下架，國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）公告供公眾收視聽播送平台範圍包含有線電視及MOD，要求公平上下架及跨平台競爭。此舉等於解禁了多年來的「潛規則」，未來MOD若爭取主流頻道上架，有機會爭取更多用戶，與有線電視業者公平競爭。

    鄭優表示，近日會逐一拜訪頻道提供者，邀請加入MOD攜手合作，希望能納入主流頻道如新聞台、購物台，戲劇與體育的內容也都會去加強。

    MOD開台至今13年，雖然用戶累積至今已破132萬，但是收視費每月不到100元，加上頻道內容不夠豐富，2016年MOD虧損16億元，累積至今虧損更高達315億元，成為拖累中華電信獲利最大的包袱。

    鄭優設定積極的目標，今天公開喊話表示，「希望2年內轉虧為盈。」他說，以有線電視業者為例，用戶數110萬戶，交易金額卻高達600、700億元，MOD有130萬戶去做一些調整與強化，希望也能創造很高的獲利，轉虧為盈後，甚至不排除分拆出去獨立經營，但現在還言之過早。

    鄭優強調，MOD用戶數若超過200萬戶，跟其他有線系統來比較，對中華電就是一個「黃金交叉」，當然也要搭配業務拓展，做更多商業應用。

    在寬頻市場來說，鄭優認為，中華電還是處於「強勢」地位，但是面臨被「挖牆腳」的狀況，未來寬頻價格上是否會有調整？鄭優分析，跨區經營才會出現殺價狀況，有競爭對消費者才有利，但中華電不怕競爭，把產品與服務做好，爭取消費者認同，希望有一個公平競爭環境。

    此外，鄭優今天也承諾給予年輕人更好的機會，表示「要讓更多人才破格拔擢」，因應未來5年中華電退休潮所出現的高階人力缺口。1060202
